The staff was generally nice and courteous. I was so happy that the Wheelchair Accessible room I booked had uber comfortable facilities and a nice design. The vibe at the hotel is chic.

The hotel is beautifully designed and fairly clean. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms are nicely updated and come with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a refrigerator. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The location is incredible, in the Downtown Des Moines district, very close to East Village. There are restaurants and a nice bar/restaurant nearby for dinner and a terrific breakfast buffet available.

The staff members are all incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. 👍

Great location for local events, with updated public areas. Floor was fairly quiet. Comfy beds. Stunning hotel with a cozy lounge for relaxation and tasty drinks. Walkable to downtown nightlife. Clean and beautifully decorated with helpful and friendly staff. Convenient shuttle service, although limited on weekends. Interesting breakfast menu and excellent coffee. Beautiful room and lovely lobby. Reception and breakfast staff were excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were beautifully renovated and had an abundance of space, perfect for a group getaway. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the well-decorated rooms with a view, providing a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast offered a variety of options to suit every guest's taste.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room had a flat-screen television and a fridge. The staff were nice and helpful with public parking. The hotel is located in a stunning and favorable area close to the HyVee center.
